To make a return, simply read the information below, fill out our returns questionnaire and send it back to:

Perhaps the fit isn’t quite right, perhaps you have changed your mind or perhaps you have noticed a fault; whatever the reason, we are more than happy to refund your purchase if they are:
- returned within 14 days of the date of purchase,
- in their original condition with original swing tags attached.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Thank you for your understanding.
Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Alternatively, we would be happy to exchange it for another size/colour/style of your choice. In this instance we will arrange for the balance to be charged/refunded with you as appropriate.
While we can’t offer a refund on sale items, we are happy to exchange or give you a store credit on your purchase (minus shipping) if returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. Just like full priced clothing, items must be in their original condition with swing tags attached and shipping is non-refundable.
Store credits can be used within 12 months of the original date of purchase.
Due to personal hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or issue refund on any earring purchases unless faulty. Thank you for your understanding.
When returning your purchase, it is advised that you get your parcel tracked as we do not accept any liability for missing items that don't include tracking. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
